Happy BIRTHday

This quilt was made for our friends Dave & Laura when their second child Timothy was born.

"Has Mama Had Her Coffee Yet?"

Yet again, Sandy Bonsib's book,
"
Folk Art Quilts, a Fresh Look",
inspired this quilt to hang in my kitchen.

Hurt Not the Earth

Inspired by a Bareroots pattern, combining quilting and hand embroidery… a gentle reminder.

My 5!

One of the very first quilts I made from a pattern I ordered from Keepsake Quilting. I changed the order of kids & hearts to show my five kids.

Fabric Frames

These are quick gifts for friends & family using photo transfer paper and scraps!

Golden Anniversary

My sister & I organized this friendship quilt for our parents 50th wedding anniversay. The quilt squares, made by many friends & family members, reflect the many aspects of their long marriage.

Wild at Heart

Inspired by a pattern in Sandy Bonsib's book, "Folk Art Quilts". I set out to prove that even tho' I'm almost 40, I'm still a little wild at heart. A very fun, scrappy quilt to make.

Home Sweet Home

The best of both worlds-hand embroidery & applique - are all in this quilt. It was made from a pattern in "Woolens, Flannels, & Plaids - The Scrapbook" published by Liberty Homestead.

Little Houses

Opportunity quilt for Thousand Oaks Elementary School, Spring 2000.
Made with moms from the school. We got our inspiration from
Sandy Bonsib's book.
